Memorial Cup Soccer Tournament hosted in Stafford Virginia, is designed to limit travel for our youngest players, recreation and competitive.  In a joint effort, Fredericksburg Football Club and Embrey Mill Soccer Club designed a tournament structure to provide 'parity in play'.  The tournament is hosted in Stafford County at the beautiful Embrey Mill Soccer Fields, located conveniently off Route 95, Exit 140B.
